Basic configuration

The system is mainly composed of pneumatic training platform, pneumatic project training model, ideabox3 controller and electrical control components.

(1) Pneumatic training platform:

The pneumatic training platform adopts industrial aluminum profile frame, including industrial aluminum profile console with T-slot, box and cabinet electrical module, etc.

(2) Pneumatic project physical control object:

① Silo feeding object: including magnetic switch, moving cylinder, solenoid valve, etc., to realize the round-trip movement of moving cylinder and complete the feeding function of silo materials.

② Linear feeding mechanism and pneumatic manipulator objects: including guide rod type cylinder, thin double axis cylinder, parallel pneumatic finger, guide rail column, etc., to complete the simulated handling of workpieces.

③ Swing manipulator and three finger air claw objects: including swing cylinder, thin double axis cylinder, three finger air claw, guide rail column, beam, etc., to complete the rotation and transportation between the two positions of the workpiece.
