The manipulator carton stacker is used to stack the loaded products on the pallet according to a certain arrangement for automatic stacking. It can be stacked in multiple layers and then pushed out, which is convenient for forklift transportation to the warehouse for storage. Process:

(1) finished product input part

The cartons are transported to the designated position of the fixture by the top plate chain according to the set arrangement mode, so as to achieve the function of sorting and sorting. The positioning cylinders on the conveyor belt are sorted according to the predetermined procedure, which is convenient for the fixture to grasp.

(2) automatic stacking device

When the finished products form a group (column) according to a certain order, the lifting machine moves to the upper part of the barreled water with the grab fixture, the elevator drops, adsorbs and rises smoothly, moves horizontally to the pallet and then drops on the pallet (a row outside the pallet) to form automatic palletizing. The palletizing device relies on the motor and chain to complete its lifting, lowering and forward (backward).
